Channel Partner Requirements
As a Channel Partner, we depend on you as well to guarantee a mutually beneficial business relationship. Here are your contributions to our strategic partnership:
- Dedicate a formal organizational team to sell and support DocuVantage OnDemand® document management and imaging solutions.
- Utilize inside or outside sales personnel that can interface directly with end-users.
- Provide superior customer service and support, and serve as the first line of communication with DocuVantage OnDemand end users.
- Qualify as an Authorized DocuVantage OnDemand Support Center by employing at least one Certified DocuVantage OnDemand Installer.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis for every prospective customer before recommending the DocuVantage OnDemand solution.
- Provide sufficient training for the customer's system administrators and users.
- Ensure that the customer understands Document Advantage Corporation's warranty and the procedure for receiving support from both the Reseller and Document Advantage Corp.
- Fully support all DocuVantage OnDemand product guarantees. Cooperate with Document Advantage Corp. to ensure that any end-user problems or issues are promptly and fully resolved.
- Maintain sufficient customer contact information to enable communication in instances of product updates and/or maintenance.
- Market DocuVantage OnDemand products to end-users located only in the United States, unless otherwise contractually agreed upon with Document Advantage Corp.
- Apply sufficient organizational focus and resources to insure significant annual sales of DocuVantage OnDemand.
- Commit to the DocuVantage OnDemand partnership with a one-time signup fee; which may be applied toward DocuVantage OnDemand certification training courses completed within the first 6 months of contract signing.
