OEM Partner Commitments
- Dedicate a formal organizational team to design, market, and implement complete Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for specific vertical markets.
- Provide end-user customer service and support, as the sole line of communication with customers.
- Qualify as an Authorized DocuVantage™ Support Center by having at least one representative complete the full DocuVantage™ Installation Certification sequence and pass the Certification Exam.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis for every prospective customer before recommending an ECM solution. Recommendations should include all appropriate DocuVantage™ modules, hardware (servers, workstations, storage, network, scanners, printers), and software (operating system, database, utilities) necessary to achieve the results expected by the customer.
- Provide end-user training for customer systems administrators and users.
- Contractually commit to a specified amount of annual software revenue to DocuVantage™ Software.
- Commit to the DocuVantage™ partnership with a one-time signup fee.
