- Supply a "private-label" version of DocuVantage™ software.
- Incorporate all ongoing software updates of DocuVantage™ into the private-label version.
- Make available development resources necessary to customize private-label version or integrate it with other products.
- Offer an aggressive discount schedule (based on the OEM Partner's annual revenue commitment to DocuVantage™ Software).
- Supply the option of licensing the software for in-house use at the cost of the annual maintenance fee.
- Commit an OEM Account Manager as a liaison to DocuVantage™ Software.
- Provide comprehensive technical support, including telephone support, remote internet access diagnostic capability, and fee-based professional services.
- Provide comprehensive, fee-based technical training for sales and technical personnel.
- Provide one complete, fully configurable, stand-alone system for demonstration and test purposes.
