CSX Transportation
Implemented imaging system to Freight Damage Prevention and Claims Department. The resulting EDM system reduced average processing time from 30 days to just 3 days per claim.

Chester County Intermediate Unit

Northwest Airlines
EDM is used to track engines, all of the documentation that aircraft manufacturers provide with an airplane and the maintenance manuals for its fleet of aircraft. This information is available via the Internet to its mechanics worldwide.

Florida Department of Revenue
DocuVantage™ was awarded a subcontract to provide the EDM solution, consulting and technical support services to SCG for the Florida Department of Revenue.
