Environmental Records & EDMS

Clark Environmental, Inc., Mulberry, FL, has contracted for the design and implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Clark Environmental, Inc. provides remediation, disposal and transportation services for all types of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial material and waste.

The initial phase will provide authorized personnel immediate electronic access to all documentation related to the disposal of industrial waste while providing records retention compliance. The documents and information captured will be used to initiate and expedite service calls, generate transportation manifests and container labels, track quotes, time, costs, weight tickets, and Lab analysis while meeting all regulation requirements. The system will allow authorized personnel within the company to access this information electronically instead of manually retrieving the information from file cabinets and file boxes, reducing the time and costs associated with information retrieval and processing.

Future phases will add Electronic Business Process Management WorkFlow and the ability for customers to retrieve their account information electronically.

DocuVantage specializes in the design, installation and support of upgradeable Electronic Document Management Systems. The Optix® software is used in many highly regulated facilities in the U.S.
