Warner Southern College, Lake Wales, FL, has contracted Document Advantage Corporation, (DocuVantage), for the design and implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). The initial phase will allow the University to manage their student records electronically. Benefits include fast electronic access to grade reports and transcripts as well as the ability to print or send reference copies of transcripts electronically vs. time spent locating the records and then mailing via postal service.
Warner Southern College, founded in 1968 is a co-educational, four-year Christian college in the liberal arts tradition "wherein the study of religion, the arts, sciences, literature, languages, and mathematics and related subjects may be taught and advanced..."
DocuVantage specializes in the design, installation and support of upgradeable Electronic Document Management Systems. The Optix® software is used in many educational facilities in the U.S.
