Affordable EDMS Solution

For Immediate Release

Document Advantage Corporation, (DocuVantage) announces the "DocuBox"

The Release of an Affordable Electronic Document Management Solution In A Turnkey Package

Winter Haven, FL -- Document Advantage Corp, (DocuVantage), announces the release of an innovative product in the increasingly important field of electronic document management. Their system provides a turnkey solution to rapid scanning, storage and retrieval of forms, records and other documents or files.

Businesses who purchase the system will receive a dedicated server, scanner and all necessary software to begin immediate processing of records. The servers utilize the latest Optix® technology and dedicated hardware elements designed to support document imaging. Scanners may be single or double-sided readers, in color or black and white, based on the needs of the intended user. Each system is then individually prepared with the software appropriate for the customer it will support.

“Businesses are often unaware of the time, and subsequent monetary savings, that electronic document management can provide,” says Jana Wiggins, Vice President of DocuVantage. “Processing and storage of paper is a time-consuming process that can now be replaced with digital technology. Our true integrated product provides an easy, one-step transition to paperless records management.”

Small to medium size business in particular will benefit from the advantages of the new system. Its all-inclusive packaging is considerably more affordable than the many custom-built imaging systems previously available. Because all necessary peripherals have been supplied and coordinated for compatibility, the new product eliminates the costs for additional equipment and minimizes start-up time.
Customer service support is included in the cost of the new DocuVantage system; a plus for businesses who may not employ an IT manager.

“Customer service is the key to any DocuVantage system; including our new product line,” adds Jana Wiggins. “The engineers who designed the imaging software are the same people who install it in your office. When our customers have a question, they receive all needed support from the people most qualified to assist them.”

The new DocuVantage applications are available now. Prices will vary according to the equipment requirements of each customer.

Document Advantage Corp is an industry leader in electronic document
management, supporting clients for over ten years.
